Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No contracts, ever. All monthly plans are cancel-anytime with no penalty. We don't lock anyone in because we're confident you'll stay for the results. If you decide to leave, you keep your site and everything in it.
Can I buy my website outright instead of paying monthly?
Yes. Our One-Time plans start at $1,499 for a fully custom small business website you own outright. Hosting after year one is your responsibility, but the site and all files are 100% yours.
How long does it take to build a small business website?
Your first preview is typically ready within 5 to 7 business days. We revise until it's exactly right, then launch. Google indexes new sites within a few days of going live, and SEO rankings build steadily over 60 to 90 days.
Do I own my website and all its content?
Yes, completely. You own the domain, the code, all written content, and every image on the site. If you ever decide to leave, we hand over all files with no strings attached — no ransom, no games.
What's included in "unlimited content updates"?
On Grow and Dominate plans, you can request text changes, image swaps, new sections, pricing updates, or layout adjustments as often as you need. No ticket system, no per-update billing, no approval delays. Just message us and we handle it.
Can I change or upgrade my plan after signing up?
Yes, anytime. Moving up to a higher tier adds features directly to your existing website with zero downtime and no rebuild required. Just let us know and we'll upgrade your plan and your site the same week.
Why hire a web designer instead of using Wix or Squarespace?

What happens if I'm not happy with the design?
We revise the design with you until it's right before anything goes live — you approve every page before launch. On monthly plans, you can also request layout changes at any time afterward.
